The billing system customer portal is designed to communicate information associated with your high speed internet access connections.
Home page is the current view. What invoices are due, make payments, and eventually we will show data usage.
Account Page allows you to change your password, edit personal information, view invoices, view payment history, and review terms and conditions.
Network page will provide detailed usage information
Support page allows you to create an End User support ticket
Portal is available 24/7 365 days per year.
The customer portal is associated with you email address on file.
To obtain your user name and password navigate to the portal and select forgot my user name and password.
